The ERG Movement is seeking a UI/UX Product Designer to help polish the full ERG Movement ecosystem before the January relaunch.
Responsibilities
- Own UX flows
- UI visual language
- The master design system
- Figma prototypes (low → hi-fi)
- Design → engineering handoff
- Vendor/user interviews for rapid feedback
Requirements
- Strong SaaS product design background
- Highly iterative + comfortable designing fast
- Obsessed with clean flows and premium polish
- Can take rough founder ideas and turn them into crisp UX
- Systems thinker (design systems, tokens, components)
- Loves clarity, hates clutter
- Understands marketplace UX patterns (major plus)
