Graphic Designers engage with internal clients to understand their vision and develop design solutions. They manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with business needs and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with internal clients to present, influence and negotiate design deliverables aligned with business needs
- Transform the internal client's vision and business need into an innovative product or deliverable
- Create and co-develop storyboards and layouts to effectively communicate design ideas that align to the creative brief
- Conceptualize and execute design solutions while offering positive client and team experiences
- Design clear and visually compelling campaigns and presentations
- Excel at project management including prioritizing multiple projects and milestones, and delivering desirable solutions within time frame and budget
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or related field
- Experience working in a virtual environment is preferred
Key Skills
- Strong creative and conceptual design skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in creating compelling and interactive design solutions in PowerPoint
- Excellent work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
