UX-UI Designer (12-Month Contract)

The UX-UI Designer will validate user, business, and technology requirements to define core problems for digital initiatives and facilitate interviews and workshops to advocate for end-users. They will design wireframes and prototypes for multiple digital touchpoints and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution across projects.
Responsibilities
- Validate user, business, and technology requirements to define and clarify core problems for digital initiatives
- Facilitate interviews, workshops, and design sessions to build empathy, educate stakeholders, and advocate for end-users
- Plan and execute usability tests, surveys, and user interviews, incorporating feedback to inform concept and application development
- Design wireframes and prototypes for multiple digital touchpoints, users, and business marketing objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user experience artifacts, design systems, interface designs, and marketing/content-related projects
- Fluency with UX design processes and tools
- Proficiency with Figma
- Experience designing for responsive web, mobile, and accessibility principles
