We are seeking a performance-focused Graphic Designer & Video Ad Editor with hands-on experience creating high-converting ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create static ads, thumbnails, and promotional graphics for paid media
- Edit short-form video ads, UGC content, product demos, and testimonials
- Produce multiple creative variations for testing
- Maintain consistent branding across all deliverables
- Collaborate with the paid media team to improve performance
- Stay updated on DTC and paid social creative trends
- Manage deadlines and deliver rapid iterations
Requirements
- Strong design skills for paid social
- Basic to intermediate video editing (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut)
- Understanding of what makes ads convert on Meta/TikTok
- Experience with DTC brands (freelance or in-house)
- Portfolio showcasing performance creative
- Knowledge of hooks, pacing, and storytelling for paid ads
Key Skills
- Motion graphics/After Effects
- UGC or influencer editing experience
- Creative analytics knowledge
- Product photography
- Experience with Shopify brands
