Graphic Designer (Print & Brand Experience)

Graphic Designer to support hospitality-focused creative work across signage, cards, printed collateral, and other guest-facing and internal brand expressions. The designer should think beyond the canvas and understand how typography, texture, proportion, and tone create a feeling.
Responsibilities
- Design signage, cards, banners, and printed collateral aligned with brand identity and hospitality experience
- Adapt core brand elements while exploring new creative directions that enhance visual storytelling
- Prepare print-ready files based on vendor specifications, materials, and production formats
- Translate print concepts to digital screens when needed
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure creative alignment and consistent brand execution
Requirements
- 3β5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, luxury retail, or experience-driven environments
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout systems, and brand expression
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop) and Figma expected
- Experience preparing production files for print vendors and working with specifications for paper, finishes, and specialty formats
- Familiarity with adapting design for digital displays or signage
