You will lead in shaping and improving customer-facing digital experiences, ensuring every interaction is effortless and reflects the brand. Your role involves collaborating with marketing teams to bring campaigns to life across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in shaping and improving our customer-facing digital experiences
- Design and continuously refine our websites, comparison engines, and customer portal
- Working together with the wider Marketing team, bring our campaigns to life across email, social, paid media and beyond
- From benchmarking competitors to maintaining our design systems, and from early-stage concepts through to sign-off and QA
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years’ UX experience
- Bonus points for lead gen or eCommerce experience
- Skilled in working with UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Additional proficiency in Adobe CC or similar design platforms
- Understand how UX and CRO work together to drive business impact
