Lead the design process for eCommerce products, including websites and mobile apps. Conduct user research and create high-fidelity designs that enhance user experiences and drive conversion.
Responsibilities
- Help lead the design process for our eCommerce products, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines
- Shape journeys that not only drive conversion but feel effortlessāmeeting users where they are and helping them take the next step with ease
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in design, with at least 4 years focused on eCommerce platforms
- Excellent visual and interactive skills
- Experience conducting user and market research
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
- System-thinker with the ability to see impact holistically
