The role involves leading UX design efforts and mentoring design teams. You will work on various projects for clients and internal initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive and coach design teams or mentor designers
- Design and develop user experiences for multiple devices and touchpoints
- Work in agile teams and with iterative product development
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Documented experience of strategic UX work and leadership
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and proven UX methods
Key Skills
- Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Relevant higher education in HCI, Design or similar field
