Consultant Opportunity: Senior UX Designer
Sway Sourcing • Gothenburg, Sweden 🇸🇪
Lead and orchestrate UX activities across the full design process while collaborating with product managers and developers. Drive UX strategy, mentor designers, and ensure cohesive experiences across devices and touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Lead and orchestrate UX activities across the full design process
- Work closely with product managers, product owners, developers and other stakeholders
- Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Translate user needs into wireframes and prototypes of varying fidelity
- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing and workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design or similar
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design with experience leading design teams
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience working in agile product teams and with developers
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
