Responsibilities
- Lead product design for AI/LLM tools, translating business objectives into actionable features
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate requirements sessions, and present design strategy to executives
- Design intuitive AI-assisted workflows and user interfaces, balancing automation with user control
- Rapidly prototype, iterate on designs, and collaborate closely with engineers on technical feasibility
- Participate in Agile delivery, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and sprint goals
Requirements
- 7+ years in product design, including cross-functional roles (PM, Designer, Design Lead)
- Experience with AI/LLM products: prompt engineering, RAG systems, context management, AI UX
- Technical fluency: API design, data models, system architecture
- Agile/Scrum experience and collaborative pair design/programming
- Expert in Figma and rapid prototyping
- Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and task prioritization
- Portfolio showcasing complex, technical product work
