Hybrid Full-time Lead
Kensho is seeking a Lead Designer to shape the future of their product and help define what great looks like at scale. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of product design experience and be able to drive the experience vision for their product stream.
Responsibilities
- Drive the experience vision for your product stream
- Engage directly with customers
- Lead by example: Manage and mentor designers
- Design end-to-end experiences
- Collaborate deeply with product managers, engineers, and researchers
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Mastery of Figma and ability to create great visual designs
- Clear, compelling communication skills
- Financial and/or AI user experience preferred
