Lead and mentor a team of designers while overseeing the creative vision for live events. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing constructive feedback, creative direction, and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to oversee project workflows, manage deadlines, and ensure the team is supported
- Conceptualize and execute innovative campaign ideas from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet and exceed creative brief requirements
- Spearhead process improvements to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration
- Oversee the end-to-end creative development of new projects, managing timelines and team workloads to meet strict deadlines
Requirements
- A BA or BS degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or Communication Arts
- A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a related graphic design role
- Demonstrated experience leading a team and mentoring junior designers
- A passion for the pop culture industry and a deep understanding of how to create designs that resonate with fans
Key Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
- Expertise in motion graphics for digital and video content
- Strong understanding of file preparation for CMYK output and print production processes
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing assets
