Join Pio as a Senior UX Designer to shape the experience of warehouse automation, translating complex systems into intuitive interfaces. You will be part of a small team, working closely with developers to bring concepts to life.
Responsibilities
- Research user needs, either through on-site visits or digital conversations with customers
- Scope new features and improvements
- Conduct user testing and prototyping to ensure higher quality outcomes
- Work together with our developer team to bring concepts to life
- Contribute to product strategy, exploring new markets and opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UX designer
- Strong focus on understanding user needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for technology
- Well-organized, independent, and self-driven
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools
