UI/UX Designer

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Global Air Logistics IS Network Optimization UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and user-centered digital experiences. The role is based in Wrocław, Poland, and involves collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand the needs and challenges of air logistics operators and stakeholders
• Translate insights into user personas, workflows, and experience maps to guide design decisions
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate system interactions
• Create intuitive, responsive, and visually consistent UI designs that simplify complex processes
• Facilitate usability testing sessions and iterate on feedback to continuously enhance user experience
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical and business goals
• Contribute to a centralized design system ensuring consistency in components, patterns, and visual identity across platforms
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends and tools, driving innovation and best practices within the design process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or enterprise applications
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction design
• Experience working with or building design systems and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly
• Analytical mindset and passion for solving complex design challenges
• Fluent in English; Polish or another language is an advantage
