UI/UX Designer Position

Prodapt is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join their team, responsible for designing and executing user-centered experiences across various digital products.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute user experiences and interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms
• Conceptualize and prototype designs based on user flows, personas, and journey maps
• Develop pixel-perfect designs and production-ready assets
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose creative solutions to UX challenges
• Maintain and evolve the Design System (component updates, fixes, improvements, token management: color, typography, spacing, states)
• Publish and version DS libraries
• Design and document DS components: variants, states, usage rules, do’s & don’ts, examples, and edge cases
• Document component behavior for CMS
• Keep Zeroheight in sync with Figma: documentation, examples, and component links
• Partner with developers for refinement: provide feedback, review technical proposals, and align implementation
• Perform component QA across libraries (Storybook), environments, browsers, and breakpoints; log issues and drive resolution
• Support developers during implementation and perform design QA for screens/features before and after release
• Create digital and print graphics, mockups, and prototypes for marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
• Work on brand identity projects, creating cohesive designs for web and digital media
• Assist in website development using HTML and CSS for design integration
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, intellectual property, and trademark guidelines
• Stay up to date with design tools, industry trends, and best practices
• Actively contribute to process improvements and creative innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeroheight, and prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Experience collaborating with developers and product teams in Agile environments
• Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
