Responsibilities
- Create innovative concepts and designs for digital, print, and social media
- Lead the design process from idea to execution while maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams for impactful visuals
- Design marketing assets: banners, posters, brochures, presentations, etc.
- Develop engaging content for web, emails, and social media campaigns
- Guide junior designers with creative direction and feedback
- Stay ahead with current trends, tools, and best practices
- Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong portfolio across various design media
- Knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory
- Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-driven and team-oriented
