Technical Graphic Designer (Product & Recognition Design)

Outsourcey is seeking a Graphic Designer to create premium financial recognition pieces and support 3D visualization efforts. The ideal candidate will have 2.5-5 years of experience and strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Design premium financial recognition pieces (deal toys, corporate awards, commemorative items) based on creative briefs and brand guidelines
• Create schematic and technical drawings that clearly outline dimensions, structure, and production requirements
• Develop vector-perfect layouts and dielines in Adobe Illustrator and maintain clean, organized master files
• Produce client-ready PDF presentations with concept options, inspiration boards, mockups, and design narratives
• Support 3D visualization efforts by creating mockups or assisting in adapting 3D workflows
• Work closely with the Head of Art and Design Manager to refine concepts, apply feedback, and maintain quality standards
• Maintain a high level of file management accuracy, ensuring organized layers, versioning, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure concepts translate smoothly into production feasibility
• Provide fast, accurate revisions during client feedback cycles

Requirements

• Minimum 2.5 to 5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Product Designer, Industrial Designer, Technical Illustrator, or a similar role
• Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and experience working with vectors, dielines, and technical layouts
• Ability to create schematic drawings including front views, side views, elevations, and dimensioned drafts
• Experience designing physical or semi-physical objects such as awards, packaging, displays, product mockups, or fabrication pieces
• Familiarity or basic experience with 3D modeling tools for form visualization (Strata 3D is a plus but not required)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and version control
• Ability to manage multiple briefs, work under tight deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with creative leadership
• Portfolio that showcases work in product-inspired design, technical drawings, 3D mockups, or recognition pieces
