Responsibilities
- Deliver stunning, user-centered designs that align with Gantri’s aesthetic and functional goals
- Develop and implement a cohesive design system to scale the FactoryOS digital platform
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate design vision into impactful products
- Foster a design-thinking culture and establish and track key design metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design excellence
- Deep expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling design systems
