Responsibilities
- Drive cross-zone design initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership and shape strategy
- Define AI governance UX and platform patterns
- Coach designers and build team capabilities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing for enterprises
- Demonstrated experience driving initiatives across multiple product areas
- Ability to partner with VP-level leadership on product direction
- Strong UX skills
- Strong UI and visual design skills
- Fluency in AI and experience designing AI-powered features
