Responsibilities
- Report to the CEO and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data Science Leads to define and shape the future product roadmap and strategy
- Manage and mentor a Senior Product Designer, fostering a high-performance design culture
- Lead the design process from discovery to delivery, conducting research, iterating at speed, and ensuring insights inform product decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience designing mobile apps in mission-driven teams
- Deep commitment to building accessible products
- A low-ego, emotionally intelligent leader comfortable with fast-paced environments
Key Skills
- Proven experience designing mobile apps in mission-driven teams
- Strong understanding of bringing ideas to life across various operating systems and screen sizes
