- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to define and test growth hypotheses
- Create prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design intent
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth design, with a strong portfolio
- Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and strong communication skills
