Responsibilities
- Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces by considering market analysis, data insights, customer feedback, and technical constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including user research, engineering, and product management, to bring design concepts to life
- Quickly and thoroughly develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize new product initiatives
- Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into elegant and user-friendly interfaces
- Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and design system specifications, ensuring consistent application across all products
- Effectively communicate complex design concepts across various audiences and organizational levels
- Incorporate feedback from users and team members to continuously improve the design and functionality of products
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing ability to create intuitive and user-centered designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar
- Strong understanding of current web technologies and best practices
- Analytical skills, with ability to use data to inform design decisions
- Detail-oriented, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team player, comfortable working on technical teams and collaborating across different departments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
