The Product Designer will conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and design user interfaces for web and mobile applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality user experiences and support continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- User Research and Discovery: Conduct basic user research through discussions, feedback sessions, and simple surveys to understand user needs, pain points, and business goals.
- UX and Interaction Design: Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interaction concepts that clearly communicate how users will move through the product.
- UI and Visual Design: Design clean, modern, and consistent user interfaces with a strong focus on layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy for web and mobile.
- Prototyping and Testing: Build low to high fidelity prototypes using design tools, validate ideas with stakeholders or users, and refine designs based on feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in product design, UI UX design, or a similar role working on web or mobile applications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing real product work, including user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity UI designs.
- Hands-on experience with modern design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
