OneTrust is seeking a Senior-level UX Designer to improve the usability, design, and overall digital experience for a OneTrust Product Offering. The person will play a key role in creating deliverables for the entire design process and serve as a guide and mentor to junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables for the entire design process, including information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and low and high-fidelity prototypes
- Identify, collect, and analyze data to inform user experience decisions
- Identify, define and promote UX best practices, including templates
- Serve as a UX advocate within the organization
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience with the full product design process
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related field
- Advanced visual and interaction design skills
- Proficiency in Figma, working with components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and efficient file organization
- Strong UX writing skills
