Ford Motor Company is seeking a UX Prototyper to join our Digital Product Design team, requiring a highly technical individual with a strong eye for design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and concepts into interactive prototypes
- Develop prototypes ranging from low-fidelity mockups to high-fidelity, functional interfaces
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into prototypes to explore advanced user interactions and personalized experiences
- Conduct usability testing and refine prototypes based on user feedback and research insights
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and researchers, to align prototypes with project goals
- Create animations, micro-interactions, and videos to demonstrate design concepts effectively
- Stay updated on emerging AI/LLM technologies and their applications in UX design
Requirements
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Protopie) and animation tools (e.g., After Effects)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and interaction design
- Experience with integrating AI/LLMs into applications
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for building functional prototypes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment and collaborate effectively across teams
