Junior Graphic Designer

Assist the Marketing and Business Development teams with graphic design for various materials including proposals and advertisements. Create online design elements for website content and social media.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing and Business Development teams with graphic design for: Proposals, Presentations and posters, Advertisements, Brochures, flysheets, and other print collateral
- Assist in the creation of online design elements for: Website content, Social media, E-blasts and Webinars
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic or visual design, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in design
- Strong design portfolio with a variety of project types
- Exceptional graphic communications skills; ability to visualize, simplify, and communicate complex information
- Outstanding written and verbal skills, with a particular emphasis on proofreading and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
