Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our creative team, crafting bold digital and print solutions for some of Georgia's biggest brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design process and oversee all creative outputs
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and direction
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and translate them into compelling visual solutions
• Ensure quality control across all stages of production
• Generate fresh ideas and creative concepts for campaigns, products, and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Guarantee that all digital deliverables are intuitive, polished, and user-centric

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• A strong, well-rounded portfolio
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of motion graphics tools and Figma is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Fluency in Georgian and solid English skills (Upper-Intermediate+)
