As a Lead Product Designer, you will oversee a team of 9 Product Designers while maintaining involvement in strategic projects. Your role includes defining design standards and ensuring a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Encadring, developing, and coaching a team of 9 Product Designers
- Porting a strong design vision
- Guaranteeing user experience consistency across the product
- Ensuring design decisions are informed by data, research, and business impact
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Design
- Solid experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Design System, and team workflows
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
