UX Designer (12-month Contract) - B2B Digital Solutions

Design comprehensive user experience solutions for B2B digital solutions, focusing on intuitive user flows and interaction design patterns. Collaborate with the Experience Design team to enhance the B2B customer experience through user-centered design methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design clear, intuitive user experiences for B2B digital solutions functionality
- Apply and maintain existing design system for B2B touchpoints
- Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and interaction specifications in Figma
- Initiate and prioritize user research activities in collaboration with the research team
- Work closely with product management and developers to design within given technical constraints
Requirements
- Around 3 years of experience designing user experiences for web and mobile apps
- Strong proficiency with design systems in Figma
- University degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, HCI or similar field
- Experience designing complex information architectures and user flows for multi-step processes
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
