Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product areas, from concept to implementation. Conduct user research to inform product strategy and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the end-to-end design process for complex, strategic product areas
- Scopes, plans, and executes user research to uncover user insights, inform product strategy, and establish measurable design success criteria
- Translate business objectives into scalable design solutions through iterative collaboration with engineering
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to other Product Designers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
- A portfolio showcasing strong visual skills & problem solving methodology in UX Design
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Expertise in user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and user research methodologies
