As a Senior Designer, you will create exceptional shopping experiences and collaborate across various teams. You will also mentor teammates and contribute to the evolution of design processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the end-to-end buyer experience across iOS, Android, and Web
- Drive strategy and execution of core product areas including onboarding, discovery, purchase experience, and checkout
- Champion user needs through research and data analysis to identify problems and design high-impact solutions
Requirements
- A craft-obsessed designer with a proven track record of building products from 0 → 1
- Expertise in visual design, prototyping, interaction, motion, and systems thinking
- Passionate about shipping exceptional work and championing a high bar for execution amongst teams
