Mid-Level UI/UX Designer – Relocation to Dubai (Visa Sponsored)

The Mid-Level UI/UX Designer will define and implement UX/UI strategies and own the end-to-end design process. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating user personas, and collaborating with developers to ensure functional UI implementation.
Responsibilities
- UX/UI Strategy & Execution: Define and implement UX/UI strategies, design systems, and visual guidelines across web and mobile platforms
- Own the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to high-fidelity delivery
- Translate business and user needs into intuitive user experiences
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather actionable insights
- Analyze feedback, behavioral data, and market trends to iterate and validate design decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- 3–6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design across web and/or mobile platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, systems thinking, and visual polish
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Key Skills
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Hands-on experience with interactive prototyping (Figma, InVision, etc.)
- Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and cross-platform constraints
