As a Lead Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design for features in Proof’s business products, focusing on both self-serve and enterprise customers. You will lead cross-functional discussions, design accessible experiences, and contribute to UX initiatives while collaborating with other designers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design for features in Proof’s business products
- Wireframe, design, and prototype significant features in Figma
- Lead cross-functional discussions with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to help clarify goals, define the problem, and brainstorm solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design
- Strong experience in designing complex B2B products
- Ability to balance the UX complexities of large sets of information and multi-step flows with beautiful, intuitive UI design
Key Skills
- Strong ability to express thinking at varying levels of fidelity – from hand sketches to high fidelity mockups
- Experience contributing to a design system and working within the guidance of a design system
