Responsibilities
- Own the user experience: Lead design from discovery to delivery, aligning with user needs and business goals
- Understand business flows: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex processes into clear, intuitive designs
- Hands-on design execution: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for intricate enterprise workflows
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to align on design solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on product design experience with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end user journeys and impactful designs
- Proven ability to design for enterprise/B2B SaaS products with sophisticated workflows
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.) and familiarity with technical constraints
- Experience conducting user research and leveraging insights to drive decisions
