Product Designer

The Product Designer will expand and maintain the design system in Figma, design UX and UI flows for both mobile and desktop products, and run user research to translate insights into actionable improvements. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ship exceptional work across B2B SaaS and B2C experiences.

• Expand and maintain the design system in Figma
• Design UX and UI flows for both mobile and desktop products
• Balance visual aesthetics with feasibility and usability
• Run user research, translate insights into actionable improvements
• Develop intuitive design patterns and simplify product journeys
• Present design ideas clearly to stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ship exceptional work
• Contribute to both B2B SaaS platform and B2C experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Proven track record in creating complex digital product experiences
• Deep knowledge of design principles and systems thinking
• Skilled in navigating design trends, UX tools, and AI-powered platforms
• Strong initiative and curiosity - you ask product-driven questions
• Experience working with SaaS platforms or design systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English

Key Skills

• Previous experience designing for startups or scale-ups
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping, accessibility, or conversion optimization
