UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will solve complex investor experience challenges across mobile and web, focusing on improving key user journeys end-to-end. You will design and deliver high-quality product experiences while collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analytics/Research partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver polished product experiences across onboarding, deposits, investing, reporting, and portfolio flows
• Translate financial and regulatory constraints into clear, intuitive user journeys
• Maintain consistent quality and platform-appropriate behaviour across mobile and web
• Run discovery activities: framing problems, defining hypotheses, prototyping, and validating early concepts
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and competitor/heuristic analyses, as well as contribute to A/B test design and post-release iteration
• Produce flows, wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes ready for development

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer delivering end-to-end features
• Hands-on experience with Figma, UX/UI design, interaction design, information architecture, and mobile + web design
• Ability to run usability tests, synthesise insights, and improve flows based on data
• Ability to communicate clearly with designers, PMs, engineers, and compliance partners

Key Skills

• Experience with fintech, banking, or regulated industries, and also with localisation/multi-market design
• Background in motion design, advanced prototyping, or dashboards/data visualisation, as well as A/B testing or experimentation
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
• Workshop facilitation or structured discovery experience
