Senior Product Designer (Digital) - Design System

Lead the design and implementation of design systems and workflows to enhance design efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and user-friendly digital products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of design systems, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the design process
- Create and maintain a set of design libraries including design tokens, components, content guides, and design patterns
- Develop and maintain design documentation, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment across design teams and digital products
- Conduct Comprehensive User Research
- Create Effective Design Solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital product design and 4 years in Design Systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design expertise in designing and optimizing design processes and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to advocate for design within the organization, influencing product strategy and aligning with business goals
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration software platforms, like Jira and Confluence
