As a Product Designer, you will create high-quality mocks and flows for new features while collaborating with Product Managers and engaging with customers for feedback. You will also support development teams and track post-release insights to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality mocks and flows for new features and improvements
- Work hand in hand with Product Managers to define requirements
- Engage with customers through design reviews, usability sessions, and post-launch feedback
- Partner with Frontend engineers throughout implementation
- Track data and usage after launch to identify learnings and suggest UX or UI improvements
- Prepare illustrations, icons, animations, and visual materials
- Continuously refine visual and interaction quality across the platform
Requirements
- 3+ years as a UX Designer
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience in conducting research, usability testing, and turning insights into actionable designs
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems for consistency
- Ability to work with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams effectively
