Product Designer

TCP is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the full design process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and other design documentation to support product development
• Contribute to and maintain consistency within the existing design system and style guides
• Conduct usability testing sessions and apply user feedback to refine designs
• Ensure design accuracy and feasibility through close collaboration with development teams
• Use design principles, research insights, and data to support and explain design decisions
• Present design concepts and rationale to peers and stakeholders
• Support special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role
• Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and responsive design
• Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Skills

• Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies
• Experience with usability testing and user research
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to B2B SaaS products
