Walmart International is seeking a Senior Manager, UX Design to lead design strategy and execution for enterprise-facing tools, including store systems, warehouse applications, and delivery driver experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the UX vision for associate-facing and driver tools
- Establish and advocate for best practices in interaction design, usability, and accessibility across platforms
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing design team
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to shape product direction
- Oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, at quality, and with measurable impact
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of professional experience in UX, Product Design, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling design teams
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a systems-thinking approach
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive and cross-functional audiences
