Candescent is seeking talented UX/UI Designers to create exceptional user experiences and drive overarching UX strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX projects and drive overarching UX strategy
- Uphold experience design processes and collaborate closely with product management and engineering
- Execute all stages of visual design, from initial concept through engineering design reviews
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate design and interaction concepts
Requirements
- BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven UX/UI design experience across platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing demonstrable UX/UI design skills
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Proficient in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
