UX Writer to create new and better experiences across their services, working on a tool that helps businesses get visibility and grow.
Responsibilities
- Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems
- Working on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education for several projects at once
- Converging customer goals, business requirements, and brand values
- Boiling down complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy
- Collaborating with designers and other writers to uncover and solve UI challenges
- Addressing feedback and improving performance of our content
Requirements
- Experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer
- Strong background writing for B2B, enterprise, or small-business tools
- Proven ability to work within established tone, language, and design systems
- Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, marketing, and business partners
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Open to iterative feedback, edits, and stakeholder collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills when navigating UI challenges
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
Key Skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
