Flo Recruit is seeking a Mid to Senior-level Product Designer to join their growing team based in Austin, Texas, to foster strong communication and design iteratively with the future in mind.
Responsibilities
- Foster strong communication, working closely with various departments
- Work with a development team on a daily basis, attending standups, groomings and other team ceremonies
- Design iteratively always with the future in mind while finding ways to design a solution that is achievable within defined deadlines
- Address complex design challenges by incorporating diverse user requirements and expectations
- Utilize best practices for web-based architecture and interaction design
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX and UI experience in a high-demand, fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience working within and contributing to a design system
- Experience with the end-to-end design process
- Experience working with a Product Manager and Engineering team in a highly collaborative environment
- Ability to show work examples that demonstrate design thinking and problem-solving as well as visual design skills
