The designer will drive user-centered, data-informed design strategies and deliver cutting-edge technology that makes a real impact on customers' lives.

Responsibilities

• Drive user-centered, data-informed design strategies
• Lead the Design Strategy & Execution of a healthcare-first user experience
• Architect Complex User Flows
• Design an integrated cart model
• Optimize UX for conversions and engagement
• Develop and maintain a best-in-class design system
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or digital health
• 3+ years in a principal or lead designer role
• Expertise in designing complex, multi-step user flows
• Deep understanding of iOS & Android design principles
• Familiarity with React Native or Flutter-based development
• Strong portfolio showcasing healthcare, retail, or e-commerce experiences
