Senior UI/UX Designer

Hamsa is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to build B2B enterprise software for tier-1 financial institutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full end-to-end UX/UI design process
• Partner closely with stakeholders and engineering through iterative reviews, daily stand-ups, and structured handoffs
• Conduct thorough UI/UX QA across testing environments, write Jira tickets for bugs and improvements, and refine designs continuously

Requirements

• A BFA in graphic design with additional certifications or degree in human centered design
• 5-7+ years of professional experience in UX and visual design
• Strong digital portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking and exquisite visual design

Key Skills

• Strong ability to translate product requirements into high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Confidence in taking full ownership of design deliverables, from product requirements to QA
• Deep understanding of user flows, interaction patterns, and UI design principles
