The Midweight Graphic Designer will shape the brand’s creative world across various platforms, designing standout assets for social media, digital campaigns, and brand marketing. They will also create marketing toolkits and visual guidelines to support internal teams and contribute to content that resonates with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design standout assets for social media, digital campaigns, website, landing pages, email, and paid media
  • Create brand marketing and PR collateral for influencer events, pop-ups, product launches, and other IRL experiences
  • Build marketing toolkits, brand asset libraries, and visual guidelines to support internal teams, partners, and collaborators
  • Develop polished typography systems, expressive colour stories, and modern layouts that feel fresh, energetic, and cohesive
  • Partner with social, content, and brand marketing teams to concept weekly content, campaigns, and creator collaborations that feel culturally relevant
  • Produce mood boards, mockups, templates, and campaign decks for launches and brand moments
  • Contribute simple motion graphics or animated assets to enhance digital content
  • Prepare and deliver final files for both digital and print with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of graphic design experience within beauty, lifestyle, or a digital-first brand environment
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, colour, and layout skills
  • Strong understanding of social-first design and the visual language that connects with Gen-Z + millennial audiences
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining visual consistency and quality
