As a Senior Product Designer, you will create intuitive, human-centered interfaces for our AI-based Operating System, focusing on mobile applications. You will collaborate with the Design Lead to build a design system and deliver end-to-end experiences for various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Research and UX: Run interviews, usability tests, set metrics, migrate prior agency work
- Design System: Help build a unified design system that works across web + mobile and grows with us
- Prototype and UI: Craft flows to interaction models and motion to accessible and performant interfaces
Requirements
- 3+ years shipping complex digital products (preferably consumer apps)
- Portfolio shows systems thinking + craft
- Evidence of cross-functional influence with PM/Eng/Data
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Figma or similar tools and prototyping
- Language: Fluent in English and German
