Interact with cross-functional teams to define and implement product features while ensuring alignment with various requirements. Coordinate user testing efforts and incorporate findings into design processes.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and executive stakeholders to define, iterate, and implement new and existing product features
  • Work with user researchers to coordinate testing efforts, interpret test results, and incorporate results into design efforts
  • Start with the problem and requirements, then clearly articulate how and why design concepts and decisions solve that problem

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems)
