Product Designer

The Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative design solutions. They will create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes to translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, prototypes, and other design deliverables that translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Incorporate user research and feedback to refine designs and ensure they meet user needs.
• Follow and extend design systems and brand guidelines to maintain consistency across multiple platforms (web, desktop, and mobile).
• Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in product design or UX within cross-functional organizations.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with creating interactive prototypes.
• Experience collaborating with user research teams to understand goals and pain points.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale clearly.
• Understanding of technical constraints and platform considerations to deliver feasible, high-quality designs.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on creating impactful, user-centered solutions.
