We are seeking a Product Designer to solve real problems, shape product direction, and build systems that matter for a high-growth company. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS products and a strong experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with distributed/offshore design teams, setting clear design direction and maintaining high quality
- Translate complex product vision and business goals into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Independently conduct user research: interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis, and data reviews
- Use AI-assisted coding and prototyping tools to create interactive prototypes and potentially ship UX improvements directly
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS products
- Strong experience working with distributed or offshore teams
- Proven ability to independently conduct and execute user research
- Expertise in Figma and building within design systems
- Strong analytical thinking and UX problem-solving skills
